Verizon is seeking a Sales professional to join our State, Local and Education (SLED) Public Sector team in Colorado. You will prospect, support, and resolve problems for SLED accounts, drive revenue growth, and deliver outstanding customer service while partnering with the sales team to close opportunities.

In this mobile role, you’ll work from customer locations and occasionally visit a Verizon site for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers and partner with the sales team to close opportunities.
• Support account strategy with sales.
• Help with new and existing customer contracts, migration and onboarding.
• Drive and train online self-service adoption for SLED customers.
• Resolve customer problems and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell, cross-sell and migration opportunities.
