Job summary

Verizon is hiring for a Senior Client Executive - SLED to drive growth inState, Local, and Education accounts in the Mid Atlantic region. You will guide strategic sales, manage C-level relationships, and align solutions with clients' business needs.

You’ll coordinate with leaders, HQ, and Public Sector Marketing, cultivating executive sponsorship and guiding complex, multi-solution deals. This is a field-based, commission-driven role with robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Experience selling in State, Local, and Education space.
• Experience establishing relationships with C-level executives.
• Experience providing thought leadership to major public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for government accounts.
• Manage C-level relationships and reference accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve performance objectives.
• Respond to RFPs and negotiate contracts to completion.
• Position Verizon solutions for government clients and coordinate with HQ and Public Sector Marketing.
