Job summary

Verizon is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join its State, Local and Education (SLED) Public Sector team in Colorado. You’ll prospect, support, and problem-solve for SLED accounts, helping customers adopt Verizon features and achieve revenue growth while delivering outstanding service.

You’ll partner with sales reps to close opportunities, manage contracts, and drive customer success across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers with the sales team to close opportunities.
• Support account strategy with sales and drive adoption of services.
• New and existing customer contract implementation, migration, and onboarding support.
• Drive online self-service adoption and feature usage for SLED customers.
• Collaborate with sales to identify upsell, cross-sell and migration opportunities.
• Prepare for quarterly business reviews and prioritize service requests based on impact.
