Job summary

NWN is seeking a Business Architect for Public Safety to join our forces in the US. You will serve as a technical advisor to the sales team, guiding presales activities and shaping Public Safety solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities include creating SOWs and BOMs, designing complex NG911 and AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring proposals align with customer requirements. You will travel as needed to support engagements and deliver expert guidance across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 4-6 years in technical leadership on complex integration/support projects.
• 5+ years in public safety communications (NG911) and related ecosystems.
• Proven Sales Engineer/solution architect experience in public safety/SLED.
• Strong knowledge of emergency communications technologies and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales resources for Public Safety solutions with the sales team.
• Drive client discovery, requirements gathering, solution architecture and presentations.
• Develop Scopes of Work (SOW), BOMs, system designs and credible proposals.
• Turn around quotes efficiently and support the full sales cycle to deployment.
• Collaborate with vendor partners and NWN Product Management.
