Job summary

NWN seeks a Business Architect to own the technical sale during customer and partner pre-sales activities, with a focus on security, data center/cloud, contact center, and AI solutions. You will lead scoping, assess client needs, and coordinate SMEs to craft compelling proposals and demonstrations.

The role requires strategic thinking, robust communication, and the ability to drive technical outcomes with cross-functional teams. Local travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or related experience.
• Experience in technical leadership on small to mid-size projects in integration or support services.
• Experience designing complex communications systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns the technical sale during customer and partner pre-sales activities.
• Leads scoping NWN Offerings to meet customer requirements.
• Analyzes client business needs and recommends solutions.
• Coordinates technical solution development and engages Subject Matter Experts.
• Delivers management presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develops pilot/POCs to prove impact and supports proposal development.
