Job summary

MCM Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Mid-Atlantic United States. You will own territory strategy, manage the sales cycle, and partner with BDRs and Solution Engineers to grow pipeline and revenue in the public safety market.

This full-time role requires 5+ years in technology sales to public safety or law enforcement, strong account planning, and the ability to engage C-level executives. Up to 40% travel and a collaborative team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Located in the Mid-Atlantic United States.
• 5+ years of technology sales experience selling to public safety agencies or direct public safety/law enforcement experience.
• Proficiency in identifying opportunities, following a sales process and driving opportunities to close.
• Ability to demonstrate a successful sales track record or deep industry knowledge for quota achievement.
• Deep knowledge of account/territory planning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to read signals and build trust.
• Proven enterprise solution selling with C-Level interaction and strong closing skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication; self-starter and multi-tasker.
• Values data integrity for pipeline accuracy, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish an overall territory plan and actions to win new business and expand within current accounts.
• Document and track all opportunities in Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline evaluation.
• Develop understanding of each prospect's influences and decision-making processes.
• Generate a solid pipeline and close deals within the prescribed period.
• Identify, qualify and track leads; allocate resources to drive sales.
• Collaborate with BDRs and Solution Engineers to manage opportunities.
• Stay updated through conferences, publications, and professional networks.
• Demonstrate the value of software and perform introductory demos at events or meetings.
