Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Engineer to manage presale opportunities and implement complex projects for public safety and enterprise customers nationwide. You will lead end-to-end solutions, from scope definition to project close, focusing on mobile voice/data networks, advanced devices, LTE, and CAD/real-time analytics.

The role requires collaboration with the Sales Team, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales, sales engineering, public safety experience.
• Experience presenting complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with the Sales Team to deliver customer-driven, end-to-end solutions across customers nationwide.
• Defines directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of the technical solutions.
• Provide engineering services including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment per requirements and contracts.
• Prepare system bids considering customer needs and available equipment and product group changes.
• Coordinate with operations and other developers to meet delivery requirements and deadlines.
