Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Presales Engineer to manage presale opportunities and implement complex projects for public safety and enterprise customers. You will work with the Sales Team to deliver world-class end-to-end solutions across the country, ensuring timely deployments and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a strong background in sales engineering, public safety, and radio/data networks, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in sales or sales engineering or public safety.
• OR 8+ years of sales, sales engineering, public safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end presales solutions for customers across government, utility, transportation, and enterprise sectors.
• Define directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality of technical solutions.
• Provide engineering services for customers, including commissioning and testing Motorola equipment per requirements and contracts.
• Prepare system bids, considering customer needs and available equipment, with product group coordination.
• Collaborate with operations and other internal/external developers to meet delivery deadlines.
