Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Presales Engineer to manage presale opportunities and implement complex projects across critical communications technologies. You will work with the Sales Team to deliver end-to-end solutions for first responders, government, utilities, and enterprises.

The role requires 4+ years in sales/sales engineering or public safety, with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of sales, sales engineering, or public safety experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of RF coverage, LTE, IP networking, and security is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Team to deliver end-to-end, customer-driven solutions.
• Define directions and requirements to ensure timely implementation and quality.
• Provide engineering services including commissioning and testing of Motorola equipment.
• Prepare system bids considering customer needs and product availability.
• Coordinate with operations and developers to meet delivery requirements and deadlines.
