You will support ongoing training activities, tailor content for end users to technicians, and adapt sessions for in-person and virtual delivery using hardware, software, and documentation.

The role emphasizes user experience, customer workflows, and quality of training, with travel up to 75% to client sites and Motorola facilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience with a focus on public safety systems.
• Ability to enable cross-functional teams and drive objectives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Proven experience improving processes within a team or business.
• Self-starter with adaptability during change and growth.
• Explain End-to-End solutions to students across job functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom technical training on mobile video technologies to external customers and some internal staff.
• Deliver virtual instructor‑led training on mobile video technologies.
• Conduct trainings at customer locations or virtually as needed.
• Travel up to 75% to meet business needs, typically three weeks per month.
• Instruct users and staff on complex software products and services.
• Present training using varied methods and create course materials.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain relationships with Public Safety customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update curricula reflecting product changes.
