Job summary

Skydio seeks a Key Account Director, Small City (West) to lead a regional team selling into high-volume public safety agencies. You will recruit, coach, and manage a team, driving pipeline, forecast accuracy, and territory development across Western US public safety segments.

You will use AI-enabled tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the region meets ambitious quota targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading quota-carrying sellers
• 4+ years enterprise software/hardware/SaaS sales
• Experience recruiting sellers
• Coaching ability with evidence
• Willingness to travel 50%+
• Data-fluent coaching focused on funnel metrics
• Experience with MEDDPICC
• Executive presence
• Background in UAV/ robotics or emerging tech

Responsibilities

• Recruit and ramp regional Key Account Leaders.
• Coach the team to improve deal strategy and forecast discipline.
• Maintain pipeline quality and regional quota attainment.
• Collaborate with Channel, Marketing, Gov Relations, and Mission Success.
