Qualifications

• 2+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager, with year-by-year attainment
• 4+ years total in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales, including closing complex deals
• Demonstrated success recruiting sellers with a structured process and measurable outcomes
• Executive coaching approach with examples of teams/improvements
• Experience selling to and leading teams into public sector (SLED) buyers
• Daily use of AI tools to improve personal and team performance

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Key Account Leaders targeting high-volume public safety agencies
• Own region pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment without carrying personal accounts
• Hire, coach, and ramp new team members with a focus on evidence and performance
• Collaborate across channels, marketing, and government relations to win in a competitive market
• Set up structured, repeatable sales processes and MEDDPICC rigor for your region
• Represent regional customer insight to Marketing and Product, and partner with Channel leadership
