Skydio, the leading US drone company, seeks a Key Account Director, Mid-City, to lead a regional team selling to public safety agencies. You won’t carry your own accounts; you’ll lift the team to hit regional targets by sharpening strategy, coaching sellers, and building pipeline discipline.

You’ll recruit, coach, and retain top performers, partner across channels, and model the use of AI tools to run the territory efficiently.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years leading quota-carrying sellers as a first-line manager with year-by-year attainment.
• 4+ years in enterprise software, hardware, or SaaS sales with complex deals.
• Strong track record recruiting sellers with a robust network and process.
• Coaching approach with measurable improvement in sellers’ performance.
• High retention history and ability to develop people into larger roles.
• Experience leading teams into SLED accounts; proficient with procurement cycles.
• Fluency selling with channel partners and daily use of AI tools.
• Executive presence with integrity under quota pressure; able to travel ~50%.
• FAA Part 107 certification encouraged/required for some roles.
