Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Field Services Manager to lead post-sales technical services teams responsible for installation, deployment, and maintenance of Exacom Hindsight 4. You will manage Field Engineers, ensuring on-site success, adherence to SLAs, and revenue generation across public safety deployments.

The role emphasizes leadership under pressure, collaboration with customers and internal teams, and a strong focus on reliable mission-critical systems for 911 dispatch and public

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive technical management experience in technical support/field deployments.
• Public safety, mission-critical environments, telecommunications, or NG911 systems preferred.
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams (remote and on-site).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Field Engineers; establish KPIs for response times and customer satisfaction.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and execution of on-site hardware/software installations and upgrades.
• Ensure adherence to installation protocols, SAT, and security compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and client IT/dispatch directors for timelines and site readiness.
