Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 3 years dispatch experience with ability to communicate in routine and stressful situations.
• Must complete NCIC Training course in Nebraska within 12 months of employment.
• Must obtain ENP designation through NENA within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch center operations and supervise staff.
• Schedule employees to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Provide coaching, performance management and corrective action as needed.
• Troubleshoot CAD, CJIS, CCTV, alarm monitoring software and related systems.
• Manage records, found property, purchasing, inventory and related support tasks.
