Responsibilities

• Supervise the Communications Center staff and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate shift schedules and training for new staff.
• Recommends and implements policy and procedure for the Center and updates as needed.
• Dispatches patrol officers, firefighters, paramedics, and emergency vehicles as required.
• Maintain records for 911 calls and ensure data quality in CAD and RMS.
• Serve as public safety telecommunicator when needed and respond to multi-line calls.
