Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 3 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with CAD, E911, LEADS and other security technology equipment.
• 2+ years supervising employees or increasing responsibilities desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Public Safety Dispatchers, Alarm and Video Monitoring Specialists, and student staff.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation for staff.
• Resolve operational issues and identify training needs for center staff.
• Assist with CAD, video/alarm monitoring tech and policy implementation.
