Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification within six months of employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under stressful conditions.
• Ability to resolve common access control, CCTV and radio problems.
• Minimum 2 yrs in computer control monitoring and CCTV monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Answers Protective Services communication systems via telephone, intercoms, and radio transmissions and dispatches officers and coordinates with departments to ensure proper response.
• Operates security CCTV system and adjusts cameras based on activity and time of day.
• Monitors and controls hospital security and safety systems across hospital and off-site locations.
• Maintains logs and records, manages keys, assists in lost and found, and supports audits.
