Responsibilities

• Documents designated communications and events in the incident reporting system.
• Answers and prioritizes emergent and non-emergent calls.
• Monitors CCTV cameras and access control systems.
• Dispatches appropriate parties to incidents on or surrounding campus.
• Notifies Protective Services officers of incoming helicopters and EMS.
• Acts as a liaison regarding visitor visitation and employee day-to-day activities.
