Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and dispatches emergency and non-emergency requests by phone, radio, and in person.
• Maintains logs, reports, and records in computer systems.
• Monitors and coordinates responses with field units and other agencies.
• Assists in handling 911 communications and safety procedures.
• Maintains familiarity with protocols, to advise on emergency actions.
• Performs data entry and information verification for records.
• Provides information to the public and coworkers as needed.
• Supports training and onboarding of new staff.
