Job summary

Mobile Communications America, based in Bowling Green, KY, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business in the Voice (MSS) division and strengthen existing customer relationships. You will manage the full sales cycle and serve as a trusted advisor to organizations in the territory.

This remote role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, robust benefits, onboarding, mentorship, and vehicle/laptop/cell phone support. Local travel within the Bowling Green area is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant markets such as manufacturing, construction, hospitality, utilities, education or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Two-Way Radio, Land Mobile Radio, or critical communications is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication and collaborative, service-first mindset.
• Ability to articulate complex technology product features and value.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders across the territory.
• Serve as trusted advisor by understanding operational challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing relationships.
