Job summary

Seward County E911 is seeking a Public Safety Telecommunicator/E911 Dispatcher to serve as the critical link between the public and emergency services. The role requires calm, decisive action in a high-stress setting, handling emergency and administrative requests for law enforcement, fire, and EMS, while maintaining strict privacy and protocol adherence.

Responsibilities include crisis communication, coordinating with responders, and operating CAD and GIS systems.

Qualifications
