Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP in the United States is seeking a Risk Mitigation Analyst to perform hands-on public records and investigative research in support of client engagements and internal risk management. The role reports to the Risk Mitigation Research Manager and works with attorneys and staff to fulfill research requests.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least two years of experience in risk research, investigations, or due diligence, with familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; equivalent education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two years of experience in public-records investigations or risk research; law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted research tools or analytics platforms preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to produce clear, well-organized reports under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and entities using multiple databases.
• Verify subject identities and corroborate material findings with documented basis.
• Identify patterns and gaps; elevate unresolved issues to the Risk Mitigation Research Manager.
• Research corporate families and affiliated entities to support conflicts‑of‑interest review.
• Retrieve court documents and dockets to support ongoing research.
