Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years in risk‑management research, experience with public records databases, and comfort with AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public-records investigations or risk-management research; preferred in large firms.
• Experience in Am Law 100/200 law firms or large professional services environment preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted research tools or analytics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and related entities using various databases.
• Verify subject identities and corroborate findings with sources.
• Identify patterns and leads; escalate unresolved issues.
• Research corporate family trees to support conflicts-of-interest review.
• Retrieve court documents and filings as needed to support investigations.
