Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP seeks a Risk Mitigation Analyst to perform hands-on public records and investigative research in support client engagements and internal risk management. You will verify identities, sources, and findings, producing concise, well-documented reports for attorneys and leadership.

Collaborating with attorneys and staff, you will support due diligence on prospective hires, maintain watchlists, and contribute to improved research workflows and AI tools usage under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education and work experience considered.
• Minimum of 2 years in public-records investigations or related risk-management research.
• Experience in Am Law 100/200 firm or large professional services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and related entities using databases and filings.
• Verify identities and corroborate findings across multiple sources with clear documentation.
• Identify patterns and unresolved issues and escalate to the Risk Mitigation Research Manager.
• Research corporate family trees and affiliated entities for conflicts-of-interest review.
• Retrieve court documents and filings to support ongoing investigations.
