Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Risk Mitigation Analyst to conduct hands-on public records and investigative research in support of client engagements and internal risk management. You will verify identities, compile concise reports, and collaborate with attorneys and departments to address risk matters.

The role requires at least two years in related research, a Bachelor's degree, and familiarity with public records databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public-records investigations or related risk research.
• Experience in a large law firm or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience using AI-assisted research tools or analytics platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals and entities using public, commercial, and proprietary databases.
• Verify identities and corroborate findings across multiple sources; distinguish fact from allegations.
• Identify patterns, gaps, and leads; escalate issues to Risk Mitigation Research Manager.
• Research corporate family trees to support conflicts-of-interest reviews.
• Retrieve court documents and related filings to support investigations.
