Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public-records investigations, investigative due diligence, or related risk-management research.
• Experience in Am Law 100/200 law firms or large professional services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct public-records research on individuals, companies, and related entities using multiple databases.
• Verify subject identities and corroborate findings across sources; identify basis for each finding.
• Draft concise, well-sourced written reports for attorneys, firm leadership, and clients.
• Support due diligence research on prospective lateral hires and conflicts.
