Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Risk Mitigation Analyst to conduct hands-on public records and investigative research in support client engagements and internal risk functions. You will verify identities, identify patterns, and produce well-documented findings for attorneys and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; equivalent education and work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in public-records investigations, investigative due diligence, business intelligence, legal research, conflicts, or other related risk-management research.

Responsibilities

• Research public-records on individuals, companies, and related entities using diverse sources; verify identities and corroborate findings.
• Support due diligence and conflicts reviews for client engagements and lateral hires.
• Synthesize findings into clear, well-sourced reports for attorneys and clients.
• Document research methodology and sources to support auditability and attribution.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff; contribute to improving workflows and tools.
