Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. seeks a Director of Business Development for the Public Power market. This role leads direct sales of Osmose services and coordinates with Corporate Development and Product Management on team-based opportunities.

The position is hybrid, requiring residence in NC or VA to support the assigned customer base and travel up to 50% as needed. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in consultative sales and utility industry experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in consultative sales.
• Utility operations/management experience a plus.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate sales calls and presentations to utilities.
• Develop sales plans to cover assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with General Managers-Operations for coverage.
• Advise Contracts team on proposals and pricing.
• Work with Operations to align crew schedules with schedules.
• Forecast annual sales for assigned accounts.

Bachelor's degree
