Job summary

Osmose seeks a Director of Business Development for its Public Power market. This remote role focuses on direct sales of Osmose services and coordination with Corporate Development and Product Management on team sales.

The ideal candidate will be located in the Kansas, Dallas/Fort Worth, or Oklahoma City areas and travel roughly 50% to support customers. The position emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and building relationships with utility executives to grow sales, profits, and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in consultative sales, with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct sales calls and presentations to established and prospective customers for Osmose services and products.
• Create sales plans and schedules to ensure market coverage and appropriate contact frequency.
• Coordinate sales activity with General Managers-Operations to maintain existing base and pursue new customers.
• Provide pricing input to VP-Business Development and Contracts after gathering production and scheduling data.
• Develop and manage annual sales forecast for assigned accounts.
