Ideal candidates have a strong customer-service background and knowledge of public safety procedures, with ability to work in a diverse, high-traffic setting and complete clear incident reports.

Qualifications

• Solid customer service background in a public setting.

• Familiarity with emergency procedures and incident reporting.
• Proficient use of workplace email, calendar, and basic software.

Responsibilities
