Job summary

Halff is seeking a Project Manager for Public Infrastructure in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate holds a Texas PE license and has 5+ years in public infrastructure or land development, with a strong background in stormwater analysis.

This role entails design and project management across multiple disciplines, leading engineers-in-training and CAD designers. You will oversee planning, design and construction of municipal roadways, drainage, utilities, and related facilities, while building client

Qualifications

Texas PE license or transferability within 2 months.
5+ years of experience in public infrastructure, municipal roadway, drainage and pedestrian facility design.
Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering; ABET-accredited degree.
Strong design and project management experience with local entities.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, design and construction of local infrastructure projects including municipal roadways, trails, drainage studies, and utilities.
Oversee QA/QC to meet Halff standards and industry codes.
Lead projects from planning through delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Provide technical guidance to engineers and CAD staff while mentoring team members.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction through the project lifecycle.
