Halff, a leading infrastructure consulting firm, seeks a Civil Engineering Director to lead the Public Infrastructure team in Corpus Christi. You will guide engineers, manage large multi‑discipline projects, mentor staff, and drive client relationships and proposals.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas P.E., ABET‑accredited degree, 20+ years in public works, with strong communication and a proven record of delivering complex projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET‑accredited equivalent engineering degree.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• At least 20 years of experience in utility and public infrastructure design, public works, and land development projects.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage multiple engineering teams within Public Infrastructure.
• Mentor Team Leaders and staff; train and coach production staff.
• Oversee planning, design, and execution of large, multi‑discipline projects.
• Review designs, calculations, and drawings for code and client compliance.
• Drive proposals, business development, and client relationship growth.
