Halff Associates, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Public Infrastructure in Lubbock, TX. The candidate will lead planning, design and construction of municipal infrastructure projects, with autonomy in guiding engineers-in-training and CAD designers.

Ideal candidates possess a Texas PE license, 5+ years in public infrastructure or land development, and strong design/project management experience with local entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Texas PE license or transferable within 2 months
• 5+ years of public infrastructure/land development experience
• Strong design and project management with local entities
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and H&H modeling preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee planning, design and construction of local infrastructure projects (municipal roadways, trails, drainage, utilities).
• Manage QA/QC to meet client Halff requirements and standards.
• Lead projects from planning through delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Apply technical standards and best practices to project work.
• Mentor engineers and CAD staff, build client relationships through the project lifecycle.
• Direct design and plan production; ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
