The ideal candidate is a Professional Civil Engineer with 12+ years of experience in public works, municipal roadway, drainage, water/wastewater utilities and related design. You will manage design and construction for a wide range of projects, supervise engineers and CAD staff, and develop client relationships with municipal entities while contributing to

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas.
• 12+ years of experience in utility and public infrastructure design.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and construction of infrastructure projects for the Public Infrastructure practice.
• Provide strong design and project management leadership.
• Oversee engineers, engineers-in-training, and CAD designers; manage staff and workshare.
• Develop project scope, budgets, schedules, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Engage in professional organizations and grow municipal client networks.
• Lead business development activities with the Public Infrastructure Team.
