Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• 20+ years in utility/public infrastructure and land development projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple teams of engineers and staff within their discipline.
• Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and identify improvements.
• Oversee design, calculations, and drawings for compliance with standards.
• Drive proposals, presentations, and bids for new work.
• Develop project scopes and staff projections, coordinate with clients.
• Mentor Team Leaders and Production staff, ensure project delivery on time and budget.
