Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Public Infrastructure for the DFW area. The role targets a professional civil engineer with 12+ years of experience in public works, municipal roadway, drainage, water/wastewater utility design, and related areas.

The PM will manage design and construction across a broad range of projects. The position emphasizes strong leadership, client relations, and the ability to mentor staff, with opportunities for ownership and growth within

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited civil engineering degree.
• P.E. license in Texas.
• 12+ years in utility/public infrastructure design.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience in developing project scopes, staffing, and fees.
• Experience producing winning proposals as lead PM.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.
• Proficient in project management and supervision.
• Teamwork across multiple offices and disciplines.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee design and construction of infrastructure projects for Public Infrastructure.
• Lead design teams and coordinate with local entities.
• Direct staff including engineers and CAD designers with autonomy.
• Manage design production, budgets, schedules, and client relations.
• Develop project scope, personnel, and budgets; report progress.
• Support business development with the Public Infrastructure Team.
