Job summary

Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Public Infrastructure in the DFW area (Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Richardson, TX). The role focuses on managing design and construction for a broad range of public and private infrastructure projects, including roadways, drainage, water and wastewater facilities, and parks.

The candidate should have a P.E. license in Texas and 12+ years of experience in public works.

Qualifications

• Requires a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas.
• 12+ years of experience in utility and public infrastructure design.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Experience in developing project scope, fees, and staffing projections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and construction of infrastructure projects for Public Infrastructure.
• Provide leadership to engineers and CAD staff across offices.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor staff and manage teams on workshare opportunities.
• Engage with professional organizations to benefit the Public Infrastructure practice.
