Job summary

Responsibilities

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss complaints filed.
• Read statutes and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.
• Provide excellent customer service to the public.
• Advise complainants of jurisdiction and case status.
• Offer resources or referrals as appropriate.
• Send written correspondence after supervisor approval.
• Close the case with proper codes/activities/statutes in Versa.
• Document actions in the OnBase system.
