Responsibilities

• Contact constituents/complainants to discuss details of filed complaints.
• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze issues.
• Communicate with the public; provide quality customer service.
• Advise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and case status and reasons for closure.
• Provide resources or referrals as appropriate.
• Send written correspondence to complainants after supervisor approval.
• Close cases by coding activities/statutes in Versa.
• Document actions in the OnBase system.
