STI is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and resolve public complaints in a government context. You will review complaints, interpret Florida statutes, and determine appropriate actions while maintaining clear, courteous communication with constituents.

Responsibilities include documenting steps in Versa and OnBase, advising on jurisdiction and closure, and providing referrals as needed. This role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and strong customer service in a public-facing

• Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue.

• Advise complainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason.

• Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor.
• Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa.
