Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc in Tallahassee is seeking a CTMH Compliance Officer on a contract basis to support the Florida DBPR, Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes division. You will review complaints, interpret Florida statutes, and document case activities.

The assignment runs about 11 weeks, with working hours 8 AM–5 PM, and pay rate $38.14 per hour. Versa and OnBase experience are highly desirable; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Versa and OnBase is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret Florida statutes.
• Experience handling complaints and interacting with the public.

Responsibilities

• Contact constituents and complainants to discuss details and clarify information.
• Review Florida statutes and compare requirements with complaint information.
• Analyze complaints to determine issues and applicable jurisdiction.
• Explain jurisdiction and case status to complainants professionally.
• Inform complainants when a case is closed and state the reasons.
• Provide resources or referrals when necessary.
• Prepare written correspondence after supervisor approval.
• Close cases by recording activities in Versa and OnBase.
• Maintain case-related actions and information accurately.
