Job summary

1-800-Flowers.com is seeking a Corporate, SEC & Governance Paralegal to provide high‑level legal and administrative support to the Legal Department, focusing on governance, SEC reporting, and trademark/franchise documentation.

You will work closely with the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, finance, and Board, managing confidential matters and governance workflows across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• 5+ years paralegal or corporate legal experience, preferably with a public company.
• Experience with Board governance and SEC reporting strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Board and committee governance administration and materials.
• Support SEC filings, disclosure management, and 16 reporting.
• Review trademark, marketing materials, and franchise documentation for compliance.
• Maintain corporate records and governance calendars.
