Job summary

Flex is seeking a Principal Corporate Paralegal to provide legal and administrative support for corporate governance, public company compliance, board administration, and subsidiary management at its Corporate HQ in Austin, TX. Reporting to a VP of Legal, you will coordinate board meetings, prepare minutes, manage governance records, assist with SEC filings, and support non-US subsidiaries as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent.
• 8+ years corporate paralegal experience in governance/public company.
• Experience supporting publicly-traded companies is required.
• Strong governance documentation and records management.
• Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Board of Directors and committees with meeting logistics and materials.
• Assist with minutes, resolutions, governance documents, and director records.
• Support SEC filings materials and annual meeting preparations.
• Maintain US subsidiary records and corporate secretarial filings.
• Coordinate with treasury/compliance on due diligence and related tasks.
