Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a seasoned paralegal to lead governance activities and support the legal department. You will coordinate SEC filings, board meeting materials, and annual shareholder processes, while maintaining corporate records across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous document management, and experience with governance software and regulatory requirements. Hybrid on-site work in Colorado is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in paralegal/related field.
• 7+ years of progressive paralegal experience in corporate or public company matters.
• Experience supporting SEC filings (Forms 8-K, Section 16) and related reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex legal/governance tasks with GC and AGC oversight.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and shareholder meetings.
• Administer insider trading compliance program and support audits.
• Draft secretary's certificates, incumbency certificates, and consents for Ball entities.
• Oversee annual reports and maintain corporate records across jurisdictions.
• Provide administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer and AGC.
