Responsibilities

• Gather data for all relevant assistance programs with clients.
• Verify information and ensure it meets policies.
• Obtain release forms and medical records as needed.
• Verify income, assets, and other documents.
• Explain regulations and program requirements to clients.
• Use automated tools to determine eligibility for state programs.
• Enter data into state systems and respond to inquiries by phone or email.
