Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Plant City is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join Step Up Rehab in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay in the range of $23–$38 per hour.

You will work in the on-site therapy gym, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence through compassionate care. Step Up Rehab provides a supportive leadership culture and modern rehab facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within Solaris HealthCare Plant City, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Education
