Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Plant City is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the Step Up Rehab team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay of $23–$38 per hour, depending on experience, with flexible scheduling and strong benefits.

You will provide skilled PTA services, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help residents regain function and independence in a welcoming facility with modern rehab gyms.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program
