Solaris HealthCare Plant City, in partnership with Step Up Rehab, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time SNF role. You will provide skilled PTA services within a dedicated therapy gym, helping residents regain function and independence.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($23–$38/hr) based on experience, solid benefits, and a collaborative team that supports clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Graduate PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible)
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Support residents to regain independence through skilled rehab therapies.
