Step Up Rehab is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Solaris HealthCare Plant City, a skilled nursing facility in Plant City, FL. This full-time role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and pay between $23 and $38 per hour based on experience.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF/post-acute experience is preferred; Net Health knowledge is a plus.
